Shin splints.....
Most annoying runners injury of life….My shins have been hurting for 2 weeks now. I have done everything possible the R.I.C.E method, shin stretches, icing like crazy, all types of muscle/pain reflief cremes, and now ive resorted to taping my shins with a cold &hot patch underneath….but there is some progress, SUCCESS!
